Privacy policy
Who we are
This website is operated by Techtonne Solution Pvt. Ltd., Sanchal Marg, Sanepa, Lalitpur, Nepal, the company behind Picovico cinema management software (“Picovico”, “we”). For any question about your information, or a request about information you sent through this website, contact sales@picovico.com.
What we collect
When you request a demo we receive what you enter in the form: your name, cinema or company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, country and number of locations, and, if you add them, the number of screens, the module you are most interested in and your message.
Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical details such as your IP address when you visit. The website also uses your IP address, held only temporarily in server memory, to limit repeated form submissions.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to arrange and run your demo.
The website itself sends your enquiry to our sales team by email. It keeps no copy of its own and does not automatically subscribe you to any mailing list.
Who processes it for us
The service providers that handle enquiries sent through this website include:
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes the form in its Washington, D.C. (US East) region
- Resend — delivers the form to our inbox by email; it sends from its Tokyo region and stores email data, including metadata and logs, in the United States
- Google Workspace — receives and holds enquiry emails in our inbox
Your information is therefore processed outside Nepal, including in the United States and Japan.
How long we keep it
The website itself does not store enquiries.
Our policy is to keep demo enquiries in our Google Workspace inbox for no longer than 36 months and then delete them, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal requirement.
Deleting an enquiry from our inbox does not by itself remove copies kept in email backups or archives, or by our providers under their own retention terms.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers.
Your choices
You can ask us what information you sent through this website, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sales@picovico.com.
This policy is governed by the applicable laws of Nepal.
