What we build
One platform for everything that happens around a show: the box office, the cinema’s own booking site and app, the concession counter, scheduling and staff access, and the reports a manager reads before the last show. Every part shares one seat inventory and one set of records.
How we design the product
- Start from the counter
- The product is shaped by the interval rush, the Saturday queue and the nightly close — not by a feature checklist.
- One record instead of five systems
- Tickets, concessions, parking, loyalty and reports live on the same records, so there is nothing to reconcile at midnight.
- Say what is true
- Figures come from production records and are rounded down. Illustrations are labelled. Capabilities that depend on your market or deployment say so.

Picovico is built in Kathmandu, Nepal, where it runs in cinemas every day — from single screens to multiplexes. It is designed for cinemas beyond Nepal. If something depends on your market, such as payment gateways, we say so before you commit.
